Corralejo, once just a tiny fishing village on the North Coast of Fuerteventura, it has managed to retain its atmosphere. The little port still maintains its original charm. The waterfront promenade flanking the small sheltered beach boasts numerous restaurants and cafes, most in converted historic houses. The high street is full of restaurants and shops and looks towards the Sand Dunes, the perfect place to soak up the Canarian sunshine. Corralejo caters for all ages and offers a wide variety of activities, from water-sports, tennis, glass-bottom boat trips, jeep safari, island tours and mountain biking.

2 bedroom apartments furnished from 180.000e to 185.000e with a one year guaranteed rental income on the higher priced apartments
Rental income on long term let 650€ per month (after community fees) and 750€ per month for the 2 beds.
For those requiring a mortgage there are the following charges (approx) to be taken into consideration.
11% legal/ taxes charge to be added to the above price (6.5% tax, notary fees, property registry fees etc)
1.5% mortgage set up fees + 300 survey fee and the first years building and life insurance. This figure depends on the price of the mortgage.
