REFERRAL SCHEME FOR 2008
We recognise that an important part of our business is based upon your loyalty and referrals. This REFERRAL SCHEME is our way of thanking and rewarding our valued customers for your continued support - by way of recommendation!
Buy your property through our company and then recommend a friend, colleague, business associate or relative to Property Gems - and then get paid for it!
We promise that you will receive a high level of customer service. We also promise that you will be rewarded with up to € 2,000, for every person you recommend who purchases a property from us. There is no limit to the number of new purchasers you can refer - the more you refer, the more money you make.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO
Please send us your friends name, contact number and email address. Please then ask your friend to contact us and mention your name. You can submit your e-mail by clicking on this link here. We pay based on the following scheme:

WHEN WILL YOU GET PAID
The referral fee will be paid upon any completed sale as a result of a documented referral. The fee will be paid in Euro or Sterling by Bank Transfer within 14 days of the completed sale, provided the commission has been paid to Property Gems by the Developer, Vendor or Purchaser.
Terms and conditions:
- The client referred should not be registered on our database before the referral is made (deregistration and registration again will not be taken into the account).
- Any taxes, bank charges or any other charges related to this scheme are the responsibility of the person who referred the client.
- Referrals cannot be backdated.
- Referral fees will only be paid for the first occasion that a referred member purchases a property through Property Gems. Subsequent property purchases by the referred member will not qualify for referral payments.
- You will only be eligible for the referral fee once a firm contract has been secured, the deposit has been paid by the purchaser and the commission has been paid in full to Property Gems by the Developer/Vendor or Purchaser. If the commission is being paid in stages to Property Gems, you will in turn be proportionately paid.
- Property Gems reserves the right to refuse to accept a referral at its absolute discretion
